Family Showcase: Nile's Ballet Recital
On Saturday, May 15, 2010 Miss Nile Lael performed in her 1st Ballet performance with the North Carolina Dance Project. This was the annual dance showcase for the company. At the insistence of her Gran (Lael), Miss Nile started ballet lessons in February. Nile was supposed to perform a duet with her partner however her partner never showed up. Nile was nervous and had a bit of stage fright. But in true Johnson fashion, Nile performed beautifully and stole the show. She performed to Autumn, from Vivaldi's Four Seasons! Please enjoy some pictures below.

Well, Nile, you look like a perfect ballarina to me. When is your debute appearance in the New Your City Ballet Showcase? :) Please keep up the good work and some day you will indeed be performing in a ballet company showcase.
